Hidden Lake Estates will be maintained as a safe, friendly, enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and his/her respective family.

Our mission is to preserve and enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through management of common areas, land ethic, enforcement of restrictions and covenants, support of initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, families and investment in capital improvements that benefit the greater good.

The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. We will enforce the association bylaws, while providing ethical and fiscally responsible solutions to promote a sense of neighborly community, to enhance our property values, and plan for the future. 

Our vision is a community of friendly, well-maintained safe, caring and respectful neighbors, who cooperate with each other to uphold and grow the value of family, friends, our properties and community relationships.
